Years of Experience

"Grow More. Waste Less. Farm Smarter."

Hill's View Investments is an agricultural initiative dedicated to transforming Namibia's arid and semi-arid areas through greenhouse farming, smart irrigation, and community empowerment. We deliver practical solutions for food security, poverty eradication, and economic resilience in one of Namibia's driest areas.

We harness the power of modern technology to grow fresh, nutrient-rich vegetables, fruits, and herbs in controlled environments. From high-yield tomatoes to aromatic herbs, we offer year-round harvests that are clean, safe, and sustainable.

Our Mission

To produce premium-quality crops using eco-friendly methods while empowering local communities which bear the brunt of the climate change induced drought and provide training.

The Challenges

  • Namibia is one of the driest countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Communities struggle with low rainfall, poor soils, and limited food production.
  • Livestock owners are significantly impacted by climate change induced drought.
  • Food imports strain local economies.
  • Youth unemployment is high.
  • Rural communities lack resilient farming systems.

Our History

Founded in 2025, in Omihana, the administration village of the Otjimboyo conservancy. The conservancy is one of the smallest conservancies in the Erongo Region, central Namibia. There is only about 342 persons living in 8 settlements in the area. Due to its size the conservancy seems to have been neglected in support and is one of the most vulnerable communities in Namibia as they bear the brunt of the climate change induced drought.

Hills View Investments began with a vision to transform Namibian agriculture through innovation. Today, we are a well-established in controlled-environment farming, supplying fresh produce and plans to share the learnings with other conservancies and vulnerable communities across Namibia and beyond.

The company upgraded the Otjimboyo garden which is about 5 ha built to grow up to 10 different crops (carrots, tomatoes, cabbages, beet roots, sweet potato, bell pepper, cucumbers, lettuce, lucerne, and kale) that are fairly drought and saline-water resistant and provide suitable nutrition for both humans and animals. Additional 20 ha expansion is planned to be completed in early 2026.
