Sheron is an Entrepreneur, Operations and mining executive with over 20 years' experience in the mining sector and a proven track record of leading diverse teams. She was part of major teams that converted exploration projects into operational mines in Namibia. She has over 10 years' experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors and has established over five businesses enterprises in the sector. She is now venturing in transforming Namibia's arid and semi-arid areas through greenhouse farming, smart irrigation, and community empowerment to deliver practical solutions for food security, poverty eradication, and economic resilience in one of Namibia's driest areas.

Sheron holds a Master of Business Administration (Project Management & Leadership) from the London School of Business and Finance, a Master of Science in Engineering (Mining) from the University of The Witwatersrand, an Advance Directorship Certificate from the SIRDAR Expedition Academy, a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mining) with Distinctions from The University of the Witwatersrand, a BSc (Hons) Geology from Rhodes University, and a BSc Geology and Environmental Biology from the University of Namibia.

She led the Rosh Pinah operations through the sales process in 2023 with the operation achieving record annual metal production within cost for 3 consecutive years. In addition, she significantly improved safety (31%) and reduced dust generation by 79% at the operation. Her goal is to continue working with conservancies in Namibia to deliver practical solutions for food security, poverty eradication, and economic resilience in one of Namibia's driest areas.
