Rufaro's expertise spans across various agricultural value chains, with a strong emphasis on both crop production and agribusiness management. Her achievements include significant contributions to crop production, the banking sector, the sugarcane industry, and humanitarian efforts. Rufaro's primary focus has been to provide technical expertise to mitigate the impact of climate change on food security, while championing gender mainstreaming.
